60 minute fun de-stress chair yoga. Designed to help release stress and pain for people who sit for a prolonged period and people with limited mobility.

Exercises are done on a chair with chair yoga techniques from Secret Journal of a Yogi book. Focus is on releasing back, neck and shoulder tension and some balance poses, then finishing with breathing meditation. This EASY yoga level is for everyone, including beginners and kids as young as 5 years old.

Practice deep breathing, we’re all going to be ok.
