I made up this recipe as I went along so the amount is an estimate, see written recipe below if you didn’t catch it in the video 🙂

Prep:
– Wash watermelon with soap
– Cut watermelon in cube and refrigerated [do not frozen] save the skin!
– Wash 1.5 bunch of mint

Juice watermelon skin and mint together.
Hot tea with honey 1 tsp / glass [ or sugar 2 to 5 tsp ]
Pre make Ice [ mint ] 
Fruits [ berries / strawberry ] 
Flower [ Pansy / Violet ]

MIX:
1/3 watermelon & mint juice
2 tsp honey ice tea
2/3 carbonated water [and 2oz Rum / Voka / Gin – optional ]

Topping:
– Pre make Ice Fruits or flower
– Refrigerated pre-cut watermelon
– Mint
– Flower [ Pansy / Violet ]
