Adam Quang is an accomplished interdisciplinary artist, designer, and author with over 20 years of experience. He serves as the fashion director for Hollywood North Style Lounge and is a prominent advocate for sustainable fashion. Adam has been honored with the Excellence Young Quebec Designers Award and is the creative director of his private fashion label, Xcouture.ca, which specializes in haute couture-inspired, gender-neutral, net-zero carbon fashion made from reclaimed textiles.
His private label reflects his dedication to sustainable and ethical fashion practices, using reclaimed textiles and implementing a circular fashion model. He is a leading voice in the sustainable fashion movement and is dedicated to promoting sustainable and ethical fashion practices in the industry.
Adam’s current work, the Sustainable Fashion Art Installation series ( AQSFAI ), is made from textile waste and highlights the intersection of fashion sustainability and technology. The series has been showcased at prestigious events such as the Design Miami/Art Basel show in Miami, USA, the Toronto International Film Festival, and various Fashion Weeks in Canada. He has a strong focus on textile waste, circular fashion, and sustainable fashion, and his work is a testament to his commitment to creating environmentally-friendly and socially-conscious fashion.
In addition to his fashion design and artistic pursuits, Adam’s “1000kindness” installation art, which focuses on spreading kindness and positivity through art, has visited 35 different cities across 5 continents and has been seen by 7 million-plus people at the Southbank Art Festival in London, UK. This further showcases his ability to create impactful and meaningful art that resonates with audiences on a global scale.
Adam also has experience as a costume FX textile artist for Star Trek: Discovery. His skills and creativity in the field of costume design are a valuable asset to any project he works on, and his interdisciplinary background and approach to design make him a unique asset to any team.
