    Adam Quang (Author of Secret Journal Of a Yogi ) has created a program to Helps maintain and condition the body for endurance and strength. Specifically designed to work on opening the heart, the hip as well as strengthening the shoulder and to help the mind and body to align.

  • Intermediate Level

    Strengthen back, shoulders and knees

    This class is designed for those who are moderately experienced in the foundational yoga poses and are looking to increase the difficulty, add challenge for growth. In this extended class, we will be diving deeper into our practice so that we can expand our level of consciousness, allowing our bodies to fully surrender to its needs.

Adam Quang has spent 12 months researching and working with members of the BDSM community to develop a program specifically designed to work on opening the heart, the hip as well as strengthening the shoulder and to help the mind and body to align.

Adam’s teaching style is based on achieving stillness, by working through physical, emotional, psychological tension to build strength, self love and acceptance. With ashtanga flow as a base, Adam combines it with Thai yoga massage and common sense.
