Learn the different techniques on how to reconnect

Each week’s workshop will focus on different yoga [Kink yogaChair yogaPartner yoga – Progressive yoga] techniques on how to reconnect with flow movement for transitioning.

Yoga workshop specifically tailored to people who’s seeking intimacy beyond apps and struggling to maintain friendships and relationships. By building a secure friendship and relationship-base in the group you will build confidence to explore the world, stepping outside our comfort zones.
